
Ingredients
| 500 g | ripe tomatoes | 1 lb. |
| 1 | seedless cucumber | 1 |
| 60 ml | red onions, diced | 1⁄4 cup |
| 150 ml | bottle Greek dressing | 2/3 cup |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 2 cans | Ocean's solid Albacore Tuna (184g or 170g) drained | 2 cans |
| 125 g | feta cheese, crumbled | 1/2 cup |
| 250 g | black Greek olives | 1 cup |
| 15 ml | capers, optional | 1 tbsp. |
| 1/2 | lemon, cut into wedges | 1/2 |
Chef's Tips
Great as a side dish to many main course items.
Excellent as garnish for regular tossed salad to dress it up.
Directions
| 1 | Cut tomatoes into 1 inch (2.5cm) chunks. Cut cucumbers into similar size pieces. |
| 2 | Toss tomatoes, cucumbers and onion with enough dressing to coat lightly. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Divide onto rimmed plates. |
| 3 | Break tuna into chunks. |
| 4 | Sprinkle feta and tuna over salad. Top with olives and capers (if using). Garnish with a lemon wedge. |
