80 ml oil 1/3 cup
400 ml diced onions 1 1/3 cup
60 ml fresh herbs: basil, rosemary (minced) 1⁄4 cup
1 10 inch pizza crust 1
125 ml Parmesan cheese, grated 1⁄2 cup
500 g mozzarella cheese 1 lb
1 can Ocean's Sockeye Salmon (213 g) 1 can

These topping suggestions can combine with your family's favourite crust.

Tuna can replace salmon for a different twist to this exciting recipe.

Also great with other cheese combinations.

1. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onions, salt and pepper and sauté until the onions are soft and golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 2/3 of the herbs.

2. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).

3. Set the crust on a baking sheet. Spread the onion mixture over the dough. Scatter on the Parmesan cheese and 250 g (1⁄2 lb) of the mozzarella.

4. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes. Arrange the salmon on the pizza and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes more.

5. Dust with remaining herbs. Serve at once.
