Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Chicken

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (250 g/8 oz.) 1 pkg.
250 ml sour cream 1 cup
1 pkg. ranch seasoning mix (28 g) 1 pkg.
1 can Ocean's Cocktail Shrimp (113 g) 1 can
160 ml green pepper, diced 2/3 cup
160 ml tomato, seeded, diced

2/3 cup

250 ml grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
1 stem green onion, chopped 1 stem

1. Rinse and drain shrimp.

2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning mix together until smooth.

3. Spread on a 9 or 10" quiche plate or similar dish.

4. Sprinkle green peppers, tomato, grated cheese and green onion around the edge. Spread the shrimp on top starting in the centre.

5. Chill until serving. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
