500 g ripe tomatoes 1 lb.
1 seedless cucumber 1
60 ml red onions, diced 1⁄4 cup
150 ml bottled Greek dressing 2/3 cup
  salt and pepper to taste  
2 cans Ocean's Solid Albacore Tuna (184 g or 170 g) 2 cans
125 g feta cheese, crumbled 1⁄2 cup
250 g black Greek olives 1 cup
15 ml capers, optional 1 tbsp.
  1⁄2 lemon, cut into wedges 1⁄2

Great as a side dish to many main course items.

Excellent as garnish for regular tossed salad to dress it up.

1. Cut tomatoes into I-inch (2.5cm) chunks. Cut cucumbers into similar size pieces.

2. Toss tomatoes, cucumbers and onion with enough dressing to coat lightly. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Divide onto rimmed plates.

3. Break tuna into chunks.

4. Sprinkle feta and tuna over salad. Top with olives and capers (if using). Garnish with a lemon wedge.
