worldwide. Salmon Caviar (Ikura) is in strong demand

Fisheries Ltd. was one of the early pioneers developing
processing methods and standards for salted Herring
Roe (kazunoko), considered a delicacy in Japan. This
product remains a major part of our business dating
back to 1972. Increased use in sushi bars and the development
of seasoned roe (ajitsuko kazonuko) has enhanced year
round demand, however, consumption peaks at year end
due to New Years' celebrations.
